SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston is posting a future opportunity for InformationWarfare ISR support services supporting the following critical elements: * Technical Studies And Analysis* Engineering, Development and Modernization* Producibility and Transition to Manufacturing* Acquisition, Integration and Test* Life Cycle Planning Work to be performed under this contract requires staff and direct workforcewith active Top Secret clearances as well as a TOP SECRET Facility Clearancewith the capability to provide storage of classified material up to andincludingSECRET material. Work to be performed under this contract may require accessto SCI spaces and information in the performance of tasking. The applicable NAICS code for this effort will be 541330 with a size standardof$25M. Government estimate for this effort is $19.9 million. An indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery, Cost-plus-fixed-fee (95%) and aFirm-Fixed Price (5%) performance based type contract with a base of one yearwith four (1) one-year options (five years total) is anticipated. TheGovernment reserves the right to make multiple awards. This action will be a competitive action - set-aside 100% for smallbusinesses.It is anticipated that the Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be ready forreleasing by 15 July 2008.
