This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5M.

Base Period of performance for this requirement is Date of Award through 06/30/2027.
Option Period 1 for a twelve (12) month period 07/01/2027 through 06/30/2028.

Option Period 3 for a twelve (12) month period 07/01/2029 through 06/30/2030.
Option Period 4 for a twelve (12) month period 07/01/2030 through 06/30/2031.
The Base Period start date is estimated to be a date 06/25/2026 through 07/01/2026. If there is a significant delay in awarding this contract, a shortened base period of performance may be utilized or an updated quote may be requested with a new 12-month base year and corresponding option years.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform HVAC preventive maintenance services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Services include: quarterly preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and components such as air handlers, electronic duct heaters, condensing units, humidifier systems, heat pumps, variable air volume (VAV) boxes, dampers and louvers, exhaust fans, control system sensors, transmitters, and differential pressure switches.
Additionally, semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance checks are required. The contractor must correct any deficiencies within five working days or the agreement may be canceled.
