COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Fire Sprinkler System Inspection and Repair service project at Hopewell Culture National Historical Park in Ross County, OH.
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools, and other equipment necessary to inspect and repair fire sprinkler systems in three buildings at Hopewell Culture National Historical Park.
SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6424Q0027.
TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around early May 2024 and required to be completed within 120 days of award.
Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination for Ross County, OH will apply.
EVALUATION FACTORS: Price, Technical, and Prior Experience. Please refer to pages 11-12 of the solicitation for details.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code will be 561621, and the size standard is $25.0M.
This project will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses.

Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirements and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.

REGISTRATIONS: To be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a UEI number. The offeror must also be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications by the time the solicitation closes. Offerors must be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code listed above.
