Generator Maintenance and Repair Services IDIQ

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a contractor to provide generator maintenance and repair services for Yosemite National Park. The contract will be a firm-fixed price single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with one base year and four option years, not to exceed 5 years. The maximum contract value is $750,000, with a minimum guarantee of $100,000. The work will be performed through individual task orders issued against the IDIQ contract(s). This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide generator services including inspections, repair recommendations, maintenance, repairs, and emergency services. Orders issued against the IDIQ shall be firm fixed price. The evaluation factors for award include price, technical approach to perform required services, capabilities statement, contractor’s safety plan, and prior experience.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year is from 09/20/2022 to 09/19/2023. The option years are as follows: Option Year 1: 09/20/2023 to 09/19/2024; Option Year 2: 09/20/2024 to 09/19/2025; Option Year 3: 09/20/2025 to 09/19/2026; Option Year 4: 09/20/2026 to 09/19/2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Yosemite National Park in El Portal, CA.
