This Pre-Solicitation notice is issued to advise industry that a solicitationwill beforthcoming for Maintenance and technical support for Automated Fuel Handlingequipment and systems at DoD fuel facilities worldwide (under N65236-08-R-0027). The primary end users are DoD fuel storage and distributionactivities. THIS IS A FOLLOW-ON Services are currently performed under ContractsN65236-04-D-7850-Aircraft Fueling Systems, N65236-04-D-7851-BAE, andN65236-04-D-7852-Englobal Technical Services. The applicable North AmericanIndustry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541330 with a size standard of $25M.The proposed term will be for a Base year of 12 months with four additionaloption periods of 12 months each. The anticipated award date is scheduled forDecember 2008. The attachments contain the draft PWS. Comments from industry will beaccepted up to 02 May 2008. Multiple awards will be made from this action. The anticipated contract type, indefinite-delivery, indefinite- quantity, CostPlusFix Fee type contracts with a base period of one year with four one-year optionperiods. Actual funded requirements would be competed on a best value or lowprice technically acceptable basis among contract holders via delivery orders. It is anticipated that the solicitation and any documents related to thisprocurement will be available over the Internet, on or about 15 May 2008, onthe SPAWAR Business Opportunity Website, located at: https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil. It is responsibility of interested parties toindependently monitor this site for the release of the solicitation andamendments (if any).
