The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) hereby issues solicitation No. N66001-14-R-0060 (Previously N66001-13-R-0060) for Software and System Engineering, Development, and Support Services needed to assist the Enterprise Personnel and Training Systems branch with carrying out its duties and responsibilities to deliver and maintain business applications, systems, and enabling technologies, for their customers. This is a 100% small business set-aside competition, anticipated to result in a multiple award contract (MAC). SSC Pacific intends on awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts. The prospective contracts will have a three year base period with a two-year option period. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 171,921 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $35.5 million. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided.
