Chandler Turbine and Pump Overhaul   2

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, specifically the Pacific Northwest Region's Grand Coulee Acquisition Group, is issuing this solicitation for the Chandler Turbine and Pump Overhaul. The Bureau's mission includes managing water resources and providing reliable water supply and power generation. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and repair of critical pump equipment at the Chandler Power Plant.

Work Details
The contractor will perform an overhaul of the Chandler turbine and pump as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes:

1) conducting necessary maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of pumps and compressors;
2) ensuring that all work meets the conditions outlined in Section 9.0 of the PWS, which details deliverables;
3) submitting a Performance Schedule to demonstrate adherence to project timelines;
4) providing a narration that demonstrates past experience relevant to this scope of work;
5) ensuring that the pump will be available for contractor access by November 14, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from November 10, 2025, to April 15, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Chandler Power Plant located at 47415 W Old Inland Empire Way, Benton City, WA 99320-6689.
