Also, Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 are attached. ==================================================== Posted 14 May 2015: See the attached Questions and Answers dated 14 May 2015. ==================================================== Posted 28 April 2015 (RFP Release Date): The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) hereby issues solicitation No. N66001-14-R-0025 for system integration and operational support services in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) programs. This requirement will support Command, Control (C2), Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) software support activity (SSA) tasking, to include pre and post deployment systems engineering, integration, information assurance, software maintenance, operational support, training and infrastructure support to the Maritime Global Command and Control System (GCCS) Family of Systems (FoS) (also known as MGF project) and other C2 and/or C4I projects within Code 532. This is a full and open competition, anticipated to result in a multiple award contract (MAC). One or more awards may be reserved for small business if one or more small business prime contractors are found to represent best value to the Government in terms of both technical capability and cost reasonableness. SSC Pacific intends on awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts. The prospective contracts will have a 3-year base period followed by a 2-year option period. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 766,025 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided.
