BIT Systems Engineering & Technical Support of SSEE INCE/F and CCOP   3

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to award a sole- source contract to Six3 Advanced Systems, doing business as, BIT Systems,45200 Business Court, Dulles, VA, 20166-6715. The contract will acquire, on a sole source basis, engineering, technical, and software support services for existing Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C- UASs) such as Razorbill R4D2+ V2, MTA-100 Amplifier, Red Falcon Central Server, Falcon Vision User Interface, and First and Second Generation Radio Frequency Conditioning Units (RFCUs) which are integrated throughout Navy Cryptologic Carry On Programs (CCOP) and Ship's Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) programs. BIT Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for C-UAS equipment that provides capabilities to both the CCOP and SSEE programs. This requirement is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee type contract with Firm-Fixed Price provisions. The period of performance will be for an ordering period of five years. The estimated value of this contract is $30M. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, with an applicable size standard of $38,500,000. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice is due in writing with sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirements within fifteen (15) days of the date of this publication.
