Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing Solicitation Number W912EE25QA027 as a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract under the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside.

The contract aims to provide Facilities Support Services, specifically focusing on cleaning and mowing operations along the J. Bennett Johnston Waterway in Louisiana, which includes various parishes such as Caddo, Bossier, Red River, Grant, Rapides, and Avoyelles.

The goal is to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of public use areas to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal for visitors.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, fuel, transportation, tools, supplies, supervision, and resources necessary to perform the following tasks:

1. **Litter Pick-Up Services**: Inspect and remove litter from public use areas including picnic shelters, playgrounds, access roads, and shorelines. All foreign matter must be removed from designated areas.

2. **Trash Disposal**: Haul and dispose of all collected litter and solid waste at an approved off-project location.

3. **Cleaning Services**: Perform cleaning tasks including disinfecting drinking fountains, picnic tables, grills, trash receptacles, playground equipment, comfort stations (public toilets), and maintaining cleanliness in walkways and parking areas.

4. **Mowing and Trimming Services**: Mow grass to an average height of two-and-a-half inches every 7-10 days during the growing season while ensuring no litter is left behind after mowing operations. Herbicide treatments may be applied where necessary but must not affect planted vegetation in public areas.

The services will be performed at various locations along the J. Bennett Johnston Waterway in Louisiana including Caddo Parish, Bossier Parish, Red River Parish, Grant Parish, Rapides Parish, and Avoyelles Parish.
