This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA)N00104-06-G-A755 with Curtiss-Wright Electro Mechanical Corp, Phillipsburg,NJ and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issuedby the NAVICP for the period 2009 Dec 20 thru 2010 Dec 20 for the evaluationand repair of TRIPER and AERP Pumps, some of the items are: NSN 7H4320-01-122-2340 Centrifugal Pump; NSN 7H 4320-01-150-4277 Centrifugal PumpUnit; NSN 7H 4320-00-226-9304 PP Pump Rotor Assembly; NSN 2S4320-01-549-0007 Q3 Pump, Cent MSW; NSN 4Y 4320-01-098-2726 Q3 CentrifugalPump Unit; and NSN 7H 4320-01-410-7150 PP Pump Rotor. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FARsubpart 5.3.Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis willbe issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does notcurrently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicitedhereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, AlternativeProducts Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplyingthese items.
