Aircraft Fleet Maintenance in Support of DOI   17

Background
This solicitation is established for the purpose of acquiring on-call commercial maintenance services for Government owned and operated aircraft within the Lower 48 states as required by the Department of Interior Office of Aviation Services (OAS). Multiple awards will be made relative to the anticipated volume and support needs of particular models of aircraft. The primary models of aircraft that may be maintained, as well as their support locations, are listed below:

The contractor is required to provide commercial scheduled and non-scheduled aircraft maintenance services for Government owned and operated airplanes and helicopters. The types of services required may include inspections, maintenance, preventative maintenance, rebuilding, alteration, repairs, painting, refurbishment, engineering services, parts manufacturing, servicing of airframes, engines, engine & component overhauls, rotors, avionics, appliances and parts. The contractor must propose a minimum of One Flat Rate Schedule Item and One Time and Material Rate for Unscheduled Maintenance and Parts to be considered for award. It is not necessary for Offers to propose on all Schedule Items to be considered for award.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 12/01/2022 to 11/30/2027.

The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include various facilities within the Lower 48 states such as Boise, ID; Everglades, FL; Huron, SD; Lawrenceburg, TN; Page, AZ; Garrison, ND; Alpine, TX; Bismarck, ND; Boulder City, NV; Grand Canyon, AZ; Bangor, ME; Spearfish, SD; International Falls, MN; Lakeland, FL; Anchorage, AK; Broomfield, CO; Middletown DE; Bend OR; Minneapolis MN; Fairbanks AK; Houston TX.
