Background
The Army Contracting Command (ACC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Natick Division is issuing a justification for other than full and open competition for the procurement of the Uniform Integrated Protection Ensemble Family of Systems (UIPE FoS) Gloves Aviation Glove Light (AGL).

Work Details
This procurement focuses on the production of the Hybrid Summer Flyer’s Glove (HSFG), which meets specific UIPE FoS Gloves AGL requirements. Key features include:

- Ability to survive up to 6 hours in a contaminated environment
- Chemical protection against up to 1g of a particular contaminant

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract is targeted for award on March 31, 2025, with the initial delivery order anticipated to be awarded immediately after. The first delivery is expected by September 2025.
