Background
The Army Contracting Command (ACC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Natick Division is issuing a justification for other than full and open competition for the procurement of the Uniform Integrated Protection Ensemble Family of Systems (UIPE FoS) Gloves Aviation Glove Light (AGL).

This contract is aimed at fulfilling the Army's need for specialized Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) protective gloves that enhance user capabilities in contaminated environments. The Joint Program Executive Officer for CBRN Defense requests a new firm-fixed-price Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with an estimated ceiling value of $97,917,545 to manufacture and procure these gloves.

Work Details
This procurement focuses on the production of the Hybrid Summer Flyer’s Glove (HSFG), which meets specific UIPE FoS Gloves AGL requirements. Key features include:
