J&A Multiple Award Construction Contract For FY20 Ramstein Air Base and Spangdahlem Air Base Extension

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the United States Air Forces in Europe, is extending the ordering period of the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) program. This contract is essential for executing a wide range of construction projects to support the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) and Spangdahlem Air Base.

The MACC was established to meet the demands of evolving missions related to Nuclear Surety and European Deterrence Initiative (EDI), as well as NATO Security and Investment Program.

Work Details
The MACC IDIQ provides for a broad range of construction tasks including design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, and minor construction projects. These projects encompass both residential and commercial work at facilities under the jurisdiction of KMC and Spangdahlem AB.

The contract includes six awardees: F.K. Horn GmbH (Contract No. FA561320D0001), SKE GmbH (Contract No. FA561320D0002), Mickan GmbH & Co. KG (Contract No. FA561320D0003), BBGS GmbH (Contract FA561320D0004), J&J Worldwide Services (Contract No. FA561320D0005), and Wolff & Müller GmbH KG (Contract No. FA561320D0006). All contracts are firm fixed price and subject to a ceiling of $425 million established in full and open competition.

Period of Performance
The additional ordering period will extend from January 15, 2025, to July 14, 2025.
