Background
The Secretary of the Air Force's Concepts, Development and Management's contracting office (SAF/CDMX-PK) is responsible for the proposed action supporting the United States Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System Extended (US BICES-X).

This effort aims to sustain and enhance coalition operations by enabling secure information sharing with allies and partner nations.

Work Details
The contract involves the operation, sustainment, maintenance, and expansion of the US BICES-X federated trusted network environment infrastructure.

It includes developing, operating, and maintaining the Multi-level Security (MLS) enterprise cross domain solution known as the Trusted Network Environment (TNE). The TNE provides core partner collaboration services such as voice calls, video telephony, chat, email, and file sharing.

It supports data processing, secure interconnections with computer networks, data sharing and collaborative services, quick responsiveness to policy changes, rapid formation of Communities of Interest (COIs), and non-disruptive interoperability. GDMS will provide personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies required to support these tasks.
