591/535 C4ISR Software Engineering Services (SES)   3

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, (SSC) Pacific hereby issues solicitation No. N66001-14-R-0077 entitled "591/535 Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Software Engineering Services (SES)" to support SSC Pacific, Test Evaluation & Certification Division (Code 591) and Tactical Systems Integration & Interoperability Division (Code 535) continuing requirement for: (a) Service Software Support Activity (SSA) engineering services for test systems software management, development, and software support that includes, but are not limited to, the Multi-Link System Test and Training Tool (MLST3), Joint Tactical Information Distribution System Test Analysis Reporting System (JTARS), Data Link Implementation Report System (DLIRS), integrated Systems Tactical Data Link Interoperability Report (iSTIR); (b) SSA engineering services for the Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS)/Next Generation Command and Control Processor (NGC2P), Command and Control Processor (C2P), Re-hosted C2P (RC2P), and related programs; and (c) Software engineering, development, test, and integration support for the Common Link Integration Processing (CLIP) software development effort. This solicitation is a Full and Open competition and anticipated to result in multiple award contract (MAC) of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract(s). Prospective contracts will have a three- year base period and one two-year option period. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 357,080 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $35.5 million. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided.
