Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) is seeking to award one or more five-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for IVUS Catheters and Systems for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC).

The WSNC is comprised of Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN's) 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22.

VISN 17: Texas, Eastern New Mexico.

VISN 19: Montana, Wyoming, Eastern Idaho, Eastern Nevada, Utah and Colorado.

VISN 20: Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska.

VISN 21: Northern California, Nevada, Hawaii Islands, Philippines Islands, Guam and American Samoa.

VISN 22: Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Colorado

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) is seeking to award one or more five-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for IVUS Catheters and Systems for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC). The WSNC is comprised of Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN’s) 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22. This is an unrestricted solicitation and is a brand name or equal to procurement.

Work Details
Under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), the BPA holder shall provide Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) Catheters and Systems and related products and services for WSNC facilities, as ordered on individual Task Orders (TO). All VHA facilities within the WSNC are authorized to order services according to the BPA terms and the Price-Cost Schedule. No items may be ordered using this BPA unless they conform to these terms. The WSNC catchment area currently uses Philips/Volcano brand. Therefore, any products must be brand name or equal to Philips/Volcano. Additional, related items may be added to the Price-Cost Schedule without further competition by award of a Modification by the administering CO.
