Ivan Oakes Campground Host

Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is seeking campground host services for the Ivan Oakes Campground located at Lookout Point Reservoir near Lowell, Oregon.

This contract aims to provide essential services to enhance the operation and visitor experience at the campground, which is a small primitive site with limited amenities.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Camp Host Services at Ivan Oakes Campground.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the operation of the campground;
- Conducting campground checks;
- Checking in/out reservations for campers;
- Providing information to visitors;
- Informing visitors of campground policies.

The position requires two individuals working as a team and is classified as a non-personal services contract. The campground features 24 campsites with gravel impact sites, fire rings, picnic tables, concrete vault toilets, a water well pump, and lake access. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during service performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year plus two option years from 2025 to 2027.
