ITM AND REMAPIR OF EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTIOIN SYSTEM, CP HUMPHREYS

Background
The solicitation is for the amendment to response to received questions and changed technical criteria for the ITM and repair of exterior electrical distribution system at Camp Humphreys. The work involves providing labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance, repair, and inspection of the exterior electrical distribution system.

Work Details
The work includes submitting a proposed plan to the KO for approval at least 30 days prior to the proposed effective date of the updated plan. It also involves performance requirements and standards such as damage caused by the contractor, transition phase-in/phase-out, base access paperwork, safety plan, complete survey and acknowledgment of equipment location and condition, employee group into operations, contract manager responsibilities, performance requirement summary matrix, quality control plan (QCP), quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP), common levels of services (CLS) for electrical services, and various deliverables including accident reports, training reports, safety plans, environmental compliance records, quality control plans, preventive maintenance system checklists, inspection and test schedules.
