The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT), Naples, Italy is soliciting proposals for the supply of electrical power to US military installations throughout Italy, including Sicily, Campania, and Friuli regions. The estimated total annual consumption for these installations is approximately 156,874 MWh (Megawatt Hours). The period of performance is 24 months starting on 01 September 2024. This includes one base year and one option year.The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation, except otherwise specified herein, necessary to provide this electrical supply and perform related services.See the attached solicitation and attachments for all details related to this solicitation. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE UPLOADED TO PIEE BY THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED IN BLOCK 9 OF THE SF 33 SOLICITATION FORM.

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT), Naples, Italy is soliciting proposals for the supply of electrical power to US military installations throughout Italy, including Sicily, Campania, and Friuli regions. The estimated total annual consumption for these installations is approximately 156,874 MWh (Megawatt Hours). The period of performance is 24 months starting on 01 September 2024. This includes one base year and one option year.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation necessary to provide this electrical supply and perform related services. The solicitation will result in a contract award to a single provider for electrical power at the 'Points of Delivery' (PODs) included in Attachment J-200000-02.

The Supplier is required to submit a Bank or Insurance Guarantee for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) awarded. The Supplier shall be responsible for electrical power supply, transport, storage and distribution contracts for each delivery point under the current provisions of the Italian Regulation Authority of Energy Grids and Environment ARERA (Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente).
