IT Services RFI

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) and the Air Mobility Integration Center (AMIC) are seeking capable sources for the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) IT Services (JITS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The services will be performed at Dahlgren Naval Base, Virginia, supporting the mission of JWAC.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing IT support and development services as outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Deliverables must meet 100% of requirements and be delivered on time, adhering to security standards.

2. Monthly status and financial reports detailing work performed, financial expenditures, personnel cleared to SCI and SAP levels, and identification of problems and proposed solutions.

3. Weekly team updates summarizing work performed and issues resolved.

4. Evaluation of contractor performance will occur quarterly based on defined performance objectives.

5. Compliance with Quality Assurance Plan (QASP) for inspection procedures.

6. Personnel must possess necessary qualifications and certifications including Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II certification or equivalent, and pass JWAC Privileged User Exam prior to obtaining administration rights.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is one year with four additional option years, totaling a maximum contract length of five years.

Place of Performance
The majority of the work will be performed at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren in Dahlgren, Virginia, with some tasks potentially conducted offsite with prior approval.
