This is a 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB)

Due Date for questions: 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 20, 2019.
Due Date Proposals: 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 3, 2019.
