Background
The 355 Contracting Squadron has a requirement for repair services on ISU 90I containers. The work to be performed, specifications, and technical manuals are provided in the attached documentation.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to transport, repair, repaint a total of seven (7) ISU 90I (Internal Slingable Units) at the contractor’s facility. The contractor shall coordinate the date and time and any set-up with the 79RQS Readiness Office Government Point of Contact (POC) prior to commencement of work. Additionally, the contractor shall ensure all permits, manifests, and environmental requirements are accomplished prior to the start of work.

The scope of work includes removing, repairing and replacing all parts in accordance with Technical Manual 86075-058 REV.A, 16 October 2019 before repainting the seven ISU containers. The contractor should be able to repair, replace parts, sand, remove old paint, and re-paint ISU-90I containers or other loads up to 10,000lbs per unit. Furthermore, the ISU-90Is should be painted to mil-spec as listed in the Technical Manual 86075-058 REV.A and sealed and weatherproofed by caulking the tops of the container with specifications listed in TM 86075-058 REV. A. Additionally, two (2) ISU-90Is will have three (3) hazmat doors each installed provided by the 79th RQS Readiness Office and six (6) door seals that need to be replaced will also be provided by the 79th RQS.
