Background
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking to procure new capabilities for the iSToRE Program System. NGA has a mission-critical need for continued sustainment of the Application Service Provider (ASP) portion of the current iSToRE baseline, which is hosted on an NGA-determined Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) architecture with a common software baseline. The goal of the iSToRE contract is to maintain full operational capability.

Work Details
The contractor is required to develop and sustain a software baseline for the Information Store (iSToRE) Program system requirements document (SRD). The scope of work includes planned acquisition, performance period, constraints and limitations, security requirements, administrative information, experience details, capabilities needed to support the RFI statement of objectives, recommended type of pricing for this type of service, notional schedule and type of plan for transition-in and transition-out, security capabilities and plans, recommendations for fashioning the proposed acquisition, and submission requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is not to exceed five years in total, including a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NCE and contractor’s site.
