Description

The Infrastructure Shared Services (ISS) Program in Enterprise Services (ES) supports various mission critical systems and services. In order to achieve its strategic goals and objectives, ES is seeking subject matter level expertise in the areas of program/project management, systems development, architecture engineering, systems integration, and operations and maintenance (O&M) support.

Background
The Infrastructure Shared Services (ISS) Program in Enterprise Services (ES) supports various mission-critical systems and services. The goal of this contract is to achieve strategic objectives by seeking subject matter expertise in program/project management, systems development, architecture engineering, systems integration, and operations and maintenance (O&M) support.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. Support requirements management to ensure accurate documentation, tracking, communication, and verification of all requirements related to ISS Program objectives.

2. Provide customer support by disseminating information about current infrastructure capabilities and soliciting potential users.

3. Deliver Support & Maintenance (S&M) for applications and platforms within the ISS Program, ensuring functionality and reliability post-deployment. This includes direct user support, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting user-reported issues, installing updates, addressing performance issues, and implementing new features.

4. Establish a comprehensive Technical Quality Assurance process for software products or IT systems on ISS to ensure they meet specified requirements and are defect-free.

5. Develop integrated infrastructure project planning processes that coordinate with release management functions.

6. Provide project monitoring and control to manage deviations from project plans effectively.

7. Support disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and recovery planning in conjunction with IRS teams to ensure essential business applications continue operating as mandated by law.

8. Comply with Treasury EVM policy regarding ANSI/EIA STD -748A for Earned Value Management System reporting requirements.
