Background
The U.S. Army is seeking to procure a 40 ft ISO Cargo Container Flatrack to support its logistics and transportation needs. This solicitation is part of the Army's ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that equipment can be transported safely and effectively. The goal of this contract is to provide a durable and functional cargo container that meets specific performance criteria necessary for military operations.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 40 ft ISO Cargo Container Flatrack with the following specifications:
1. Ramp on both end walls
2. End walls fold outward with additional wheel ramps
3. Counterbalanced ramp end walls for 2-man operation
4. Storage pockets for wheel ramps
5. Both end walls fold flush with the floor
6. Must support a gross weight of 50 tons or more
7. Equipped with 6 x 5000 kg lashing bars for securing cargo
8. Floor constructed from 45 mm hardwood planks with 6mm gaps
9. Gooseneck tunnel at both ends for easy loading/unloading
10. Fork pockets measuring 115 x 360 mm, four each side
11. Twistlocks made from one-piece forged lift element with a 30-degree stainless steel detent
12. Semi-automatic header locks, two per end
13. Corner locking mechanism using hammer-locked conical pins
