Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP), on behalf of the IHS Office of Information Technology (OIT), intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Brand Name Accusoft ImageGear Licensing. Background

This requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).

Work Details
The contract involves the acquisition of Brand Name Accusoft ImageGear Licensing. The Contractor shall provide the following:

- **Base Period**: 9/29/2025 - 9/28/2026
- CLIN 0001: ImageGear Pro, Vista Server License and Support
- Annual Fee not to exceed 27 servers

- **Option Year 1**: 9/29/2026 - 9/28/2027
- CLIN 1001: ImageGear Pro, Vista Server License and Support
- Annual Fee not to exceed 27 servers

- **Option Year 2**: 9/29/2027 - 9/28/2028
- CLIN 2001: ImageGear Pro, Vista Server License and Support
- Annual Fee not to exceed 27 servers

- **Option Year 3**: 9/29/2028 - 9/28/2029
- CLIN 3001: ImageGear Pro, Vista Server License and Support
- Annual Fee not to exceed 27 servers

- **Option Year 4**: 9/29/2029 - 9/28/2030
- CLIN 4001: ImageGear Pro, Vista Server License and Support
- Annual Fee not to exceed 27 servers. The total contract value will encompass the base period plus four option years. The vendor must be an authorized support reseller capable of providing premium support under a service level agreement established by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Base Period from September 29, 2025, to September 28, 2026; with four option years extending through September 28, 2030.
