137th SOW ISB Safety Kits

The 137 Special Operations Wing (137 SOW) requires the procurement and delivery of fully assembled ISB Safety Kits. These kits contain a diverse array of safety, operational, and survival equipment necessary to sustain personnel during field operations and investigative duties.

  • Eligibility: [100% Small Business Set-Aside]. "Brand Name or Equal" items are acceptable unless specifically restricted by the Government.
  • Delivery / Location: 137 Special Operations Wing, 5624 Air Guard Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73179. Delivery is required within 30 days of the contract award date.
  • Requirements: Provide and deliver all materials as a fully pre-assembled, turnkey kit packed securely in a primary carrying container. All items must be new, unused, and free of defects. Shelf-life sensitive items (including medical supplies, chemical agents, sanitizers, and batteries) must possess a minimum of 85% of their original manufacturer-designated shelf-life remaining at the time of delivery.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide and deliver all materials as a fully assembled, turnkey ISB Safety Kit packed securely in a primary carrying container. All items must be new, unused, and free of defects.

Shelf-life sensitive items (including medical supplies, chemical agents, sanitizers, and batteries) must possess a minimum of 85% of their original manufacturer-designated shelf-life remaining at the time of delivery. The contractor is required to pre-assemble all components into the primary carrying container prior to shipment. Any brand names listed in the attached ISB Kit - Master Item Reference List are to establish a baseline of quality and performance; 'Brand Name or Equal' items are acceptable unless specifically restricted by the Government.
