IRWorks Service Now ESM

Background
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for information and planning purposes, seeking potential sources capable of providing services support for ongoing migration, integration, and improvements to the IRWorks ServiceNow ESM platform. The contractor is expected to have expertise in implementing the IRWorks platform and provide strategic guidance and design support aligned with the IRS requests and platform capabilities. The agency is primarily looking for small businesses to respond.

Work Details
The contractor is required to complete several projects under the Statement of Work (SOW), including IT Transformation Portfolio Transition, IT O&M Transition, Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM), Integrated Workplace Management System Integration, GitLab Integration, and Enterprise Demand Management Transition. Each project has specific requirements and timelines for implementation. For example, the IT Transformation Portfolio Transition project requires a 10-month level of effort (LOE) with implementation by 1/2025. The contractor shall implement the SPM module to provide a modernized solution to replace the existing project reporting data from ProSight and enhance existing Technical Services Operation (TSO) solution to meet IT-specific requirements and processes.
