Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract at the same FDA Pacific Southwest Laboratory in Irvine, CA: 47PH0120D0001-47PA0324F0003 awarded to Abide International for HHA/FDA Facility Upgrades (value $9,072,494; 11/27/23–01/22/26). The prior work is described broadly as facility upgrades at the same laboratory location, and the current scope—replacement of end-of-life vacuum pump systems and installation of a new laboratory exhaust system with BAS integration, TAB, commissioning, training, and closeout—appears consistent with a continuation of facility modernization activities at that site.
