The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) National Public Liaison (NPL) is seeking information and potential sources to provide services in support of its Nationwide Tax Forums. This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY; the Government is not seeking quotes or offers in response to this notice. Please see the attached RFI document, draft PWS, and technical questions for additional details. Interested vendors are responsible for reviewing the attached RFI document, PWS, and technical questions in their entirety ahead of submitting their responses. Questions in response to this RFI are due no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 15, 2024 and may be submitted to Dennis Jackson at dennis.w.jackson@irs.gov. Background
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) National Public Liaison (NPL) is seeking information and potential sources to provide services in support of its Nationwide Tax Forums. The Tax Forum represents an IRS-wide platform to share tax law, policy and procedural changes, as well as new initiatives and programs. The contractor shall manage, plan, coordinate and execute the activities necessary for the Internal Revenue Service to conduct the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum Program as detailed herein.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all conference support activities for the IRS to conduct a minimum of five (5) Tax Forum locations and up to seven (7) Tax Forum locations for the base year of the contract and any applicable option year(s). Additionally, the contractor shall be willing to provide a virtual option of the Tax Forum in the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as a pandemic, when it is difficult to hold an in-person event. The contractor shall negotiate all concessions in connection with these contracts and present them to the program office with recommendations for sites to be used for the next forum year. The contractor shall submit a final report to the COR with a copy to the IRS within sixty (60) days following conclusion of the last forum.

Period of Performance
The Tax Forum will be conducted between June 1, and September 15th, each year.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for the Tax Forums include National Harbor/Washington, DC; Chicago; New Orleans; Orlando; San Diego; and potentially other diverse sites determined by the IRS.
