The SSN is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing support services for the IRS Enterprise Case Management Solution Integration Services II (ECMSIS). The agency is primarily looking for small businesses to respond.

Work Details
The Enterprise Case Management (ECM) program aims to modernize, upgrade, and consolidate case management systems within the IRS ecosystem. It will introduce an enterprise view of evaluation metrics, improve data quality and access for reporting purposes, and simplify the IT environment with a single case management platform. The purpose of this SSN is to identify interested vendors with capabilities to meet requirements at a fair market price. Vendors’ SSN responses shall be uploaded to GSA eBuy by February 19, 2024, 1PM ET.
The agency is not seeking marketing information and will not review it.
