NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6, under the (R6) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (GSA, PBS Region 6) Contracts (47PG00220D0003 thru 27).

Renovate existing office space for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on the 3rd floor. Renovate existing office space for the Executive Office of the United States Attorney (EOUSA) on the 4th Floor. Work includes architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical,
fire protection, and asbestos demolition.
