The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for a research field requiring a new irrigation system. The field currently lacks a source connection to build a new flood irrigation system. A new connection is required to extend the water source to the new field, in addition to building and installing the new flood system to support irrigation to the research field plots. See attached Statement of Work (SOW). The project is located at USDA, ARS, San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center, 9611 S Riverbend Ave Parlier, CA 93648.

Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided for a research field requiring a new irrigation system. The field currently lacks a source connection to build a new flood irrigation system. A new connection is required to extend the water source to the new field, in addition to building and installing the new flood system to support irrigation to the research field plots.

Work Details
The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to Irrigation System Extension & Install at Parlier, CA. IAW 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 30 days after Notice to Proceed with bond due 10 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #CA20240018 dated 5/24/2024 is applicable to the requirement.

Period of Performance
30 calendar days after notice to proceed.
