Background
The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate is releasing this Solicitation electronically only, via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module. This is a non-personal services contract to establish a research development support services contract to support the work for the U.S. Government-run Irregular Warfare Center (IWC) as identified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contract requires research development support services to be provided for the U.S. Government-run Irregular Warfare Center (IWC) as identified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The tasks include providing services related to specific tasks outlined in the PWS, attached documents, and all other requirements listed in this document.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans over multiple years with different periods for each option: 29-SEP-2024 TO 28-SEP-2025, 29-SEP-2025 TO 28-SEP-2026, 29-SEP-2026 TO 28-SEP-2027, 29-SEP-2027 TO 28-SEP-2028, and 29-SEP-2028 TO 28-SEP-2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA HQ), located at 201 12th STREET, SOUTH 107, ARLINGTON VA 22202.
