Description

This is a non-competitive firm-fixed price new award to Exploration Instruments, Contract W912DY-20-P-0014 in the amount of $65,208.00. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i); the statutory authority entitles, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Geoscience Branch has field experience in testing and operating the requested IRIS Syscal Pro SW 72. The Geoscience Branch's viewpoint that the IRIS Syscal Pro is only manufactured by Exploration Instruments. Market Research was conducted and there were no other companies that sold the IRIS Syscal Pro SW72.
