Iraq Project Management Services

This is a Request for Quote Solicitation in support of Project Management Services in Iraq. Reference the attached solicitation for detailed instructions. Provide responses to the RFQ by the Solicitation/RFQ Close date and upload to the Ebuy system. **Special Note This is being release as subject to availability of funding. Funding is not currently available but is anticipated by estimated POP start date of 1 December 2023.** Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services in the form of Program Management Support (PMS) to USG personnel at Ali Flaih AB, Iraq. The Contractor shall assist Government personnel in the Government's administration of existing and future base contracts for Ali Flaih AB. This assistance may include procurement support, construction support, commissioning services, claims and post construction support, contractor surveillance, and transition support. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision to perform PMS as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property, information, and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The estimated level of effort for the PMS services is five Full Time Equivalents (FTE) on-site at Ali Flaih AB OCONUS and two contract management positions CONUS.
