IRA 1.2 PMO Support Services

Background
The IRS Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Initiative 1.2 Program Office is in the process of developing a fully structured business organization with the operations, and communications support needed to complete these overarching goals. The IRA Initiative 1.2 Program Office has determined the need for additional operations support to complete the Request for Organizational Change (ROC). The support includes stakeholder engagement, briefing materials, development and monitoring of quantitative performance metrics, demonstrating the program’s value proposition and other efforts.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide support services to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Initiative 1.2 Program Office as defined herein except for those items specified as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and services.

The IRA Initiative 1.2 is to expand digital services and digitalization as part of the collective delivery of the IRS IRA vision. The IRA Initiative 1.2 Team requires support to identify the initiative outcomes, define and manage the portfolio of projects required to achieve impact, and measure and report up and out to the IRA Transformation and Strategy Office (TSO) and Treasury on progress.
