The Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Increment II Program is virtually hosting an Army Military Payroll Capability Industry Day on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 9:30 AM -11:30 AM. Additionally, one-on-one sessions will be scheduled from 2-9 November.

NOTE: One-on-ones are limited to prime contractors, for no longer than one hour, in person or virtually, and will based on the number of participants.

1. Title of Event: IPPS-A Contract Industry Day (Questions and Answer Session)

2. Date: Thursday, November 2, 2023

3. Time of Event: 9:30 AM -11:30 AM

4. Location: Virtual

5. Event Description: IPPS-A Army Military Payroll will execute Industry Day, Questions and Answers Session to address questions on the Army Military Payroll. We seek companies with knowledge and expertise in Army Military Payroll processing, Agile software development and delivery, enterprise resource planning, human-centered design, pay systems, PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll, DevSecOps processes, and workflow synchronization with a production baseline.

6. Registration will open on Tuesday, October 23, 2023 and close on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 5:00 PM, E

7. Additional information: The Industry Day will not have slides.

The Government is requesting relevant questions on the Draft RFP to assist with organizing the Industry Day event. The Government will accept no more than 10 questions on the Draft RFP from vendor's who intend on proposing as a Prime contractor for Army Military Pay. Questions must be submitted no later than Tuesday, October 31, 2023 by 5:00 PM, EST. All questions shall be submitted in MS Excel Format.
