Background
The U.S. Air Force, specifically the 309 Maintenance Support Group (MXSG), is seeking to establish a follow-on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the installation, relocation, repair, or modification of Industrial Plant Equipment at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), UT.

This requirement aims to support the operational capabilities of the MXSG through efficient management and maintenance of critical equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will assist with various tasks related to equipment installation, relocation, repair, or modification. Specific examples of equipment involved include: air compressors, audio/visual equipment, CNC machines, cranes, HVAC units, welders, and more.

Each project will have a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines requirements including specifications, drawings, safety information, and other necessary details. Contractors must submit quotes addressing all requirements outlined in the SOW using a standardized format. The evaluation of quotes will be based on cost and compliance with customer requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from June 25, 2025 to June 24, 2030.

Place of Performance
Hill Air Force Base (AFB), UT.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is set aside for Small Business concerns. Bidders must provide a Cage code when submitting offers. Technical acceptability requires that each offeror meets the specifications and requirements outlined in the SOW.

The current BPA follow-on similarly targets installation, relocation, repair, or modification of industrial plant equipment at the same unit and location, suggesting continuity in providing hands-on maintenance/repair services for specialized equipment under MXSG requirements.
