Isophorone Diisocyanate must meet analytical / requirements of Weapon Specification WS16305C dated 1 JUL 77.Specification distribution: A (releasable to public) Must be qualified vendor within McAAP Pamphlet 702-13.IPDI Certificate of Analysis Test Requirements:Appearance: Colorless to slightly yellow nonaromatic liquid.Isocyanate (NCO) Content: Shall be within a range of 37.0 to 37.8 percent.QPL-Qualified Products List:Product: Desmodur I Manufacturer: Covestro formerly Bayer Corporation.Product: Vestant IPDI Manufacturer: Evonik DegussaCertificate of Conformance, Certificate of Analysis, and Safety Data Sheet are required with solicitation and sent with each shipment.COC/COA MUST INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME/DESCRIPTION, SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE/EXPIRATION DATE, ANALYTICAL DATA, STATEMENT OF NO CHANGE IN MATERIALS OR PROCESSES, AND SIGNATURE OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.PACKAGING LABELS WILL INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME/DESCRIPTION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER AND MANUFACTURE/EXPIRATION DATE.COC/COA APPROVAL BY MCAAP AO REQUIRED BEFORE CONTRACT AWARD.Material shall be shipped in 55-gallon drums.
