Description

This contract was awarded on the basis of an unusual and compelling urgency IAW FAR 6.302-2. Originally this requirement was competed via RFQ 36C26323Q0229 and awarded to a different firm. However, that awardee failed to provide staffing for the requirement and was canceled as a result. There now is no longer enough time to re compete this as a result; therefore this short term award (6 months) is being issued. Full J&A will be attached to this notice shortly IAW FAR Part 5.
