Description

NorthWest Research Associates (NWRA) is the developer of two capabilities that fulfill requirements of the Navy program called Predicted Regional Operational Propagation of HF for EMSO Tactics (PROPHET). The first of these tools, GPSII (GPS Ionospheric Inversion) defines the ionospheric state and the second, HiCIRF (High-frequency Channel Impulse Response) performs the associated HF radiowave propagation therein. This effort shall customize these capabilities and integrate into the Navy BUILDER suite.
