Work Details
The contractor is required to supply five (5) basketball hoop systems, which must meet the following detailed technical and performance specifications:
- Glass backboard size: 72"
- Tempered glass board
- 3' or 4' offset
- Steel board frame with aluminum trim
- Flex breakaway rim
- Height adjustment from 7' to 10'
- U-Turn Pro lift with detachable handle
- 5" or 6" square steel pole with heavy-duty padding and J-Bolt anchor
- Designed for outdoor residential play.

The system must withstand outdoor weather conditions including rain, snow, and UV exposure, maintain structural integrity during competitive play, provide stable performance when properly installed, function reliably through the full height adjustment range, and meet all applicable safety standards for residential recreational equipment. Additionally, the contractor must provide complete installation instructions, a parts list with identification numbers, warranty documentation, safety guidelines, maintenance recommendations, and contact information for technical support. Delivery time is set at sixty (60) days upon receipt and acceptance of the purchase order.

The contract will be performed over a period of sixty (60) days following the receipt and acceptance of the purchase order.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must self-certify compliance with U.S. government regulations prohibiting contracts with entities that use equipment or services produced by Huawei, ZTE, Hikvision, Dahua, or Hytera. Bidders are also required to include a direct delivery charge in their quotation along with realistic delivery dates and shipment dimensions.
