10 October 2025 This action is initiated to announce a site visit and to upload Appendix D, Performance Assessment.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to provide comprehensive Invasive Species Management Services across Florida and the South Atlantic Division (SAD). This non-personal services contract requires terrestrial and aquatic vegetation management, environmental restoration/protection, vegetation planting, and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping/aerial imagery services within the boundaries of the SAD of the USACE. Refer to the attached solicitation documents for details.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District is seeking proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to provide comprehensive Invasive Species Management Services across Florida and the South Atlantic Division (SAD).
This contract aims to support the USACE's mission in ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, and environmental protection through effective management of invasive species.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a variety of services including:
1. Vegetation Management Activities: Conduct chemical control and mechanical removal of invasive species using methods such as cut-stump, basal bark, foliar application, mowing, mulching, and physical removal.
2. Environmental Restoration/Protection: Engage in activities such as wildlife removal/relocation, vegetation installation, conducting prescribed burns, and monitoring wildlife and water quality.
3. Vegetation Surveys & Monitoring: Perform systematic assessments of native and non-native vegetation across specified areas, providing GIS data and aerial photographs as required.
4. Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping: Create detailed maps depicting vegetation by species and density.
5. Aerial Imagery Services: Capture aerial photographs for project sites before, during, and after management measures are implemented.

Place of Performance
The primary project area is within Florida; however, task orders may require work outside Florida within the boundaries of the South Atlantic Division.
