Background
The contract is issued for Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring services, aimed at supporting surgical procedures by monitoring patients' neurophysiological status.

The agency's mission includes ensuring the safety and effectiveness of surgical interventions through real-time data monitoring. The goal of the contract is to provide qualified technical representatives and necessary equipment to facilitate these monitoring services in a medical treatment facility (MTF).

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a technical representative responsible for: anatomical and prep direction for pad/myo placement on patients; setup and self-testing of equipment; providing direction in the use of equipment during procedures; monitoring patient neurophysiological status; keeping the surgical team informed; and providing in-service training to MTF staff every six months.

The Contractor must ensure that disposables are ordered as needed and delivered within two days. They are also required to maintain a 24-hour phone line for service calls, be present at least two hours before scheduled surgeries, and respond to emergency calls within two hours. The Contractor must comply with all TJC standards, maintain an adequate workforce, and perform quality assurance checks as outlined in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Additionally, healthcare providers must meet specific health and immunization requirements before commencing services.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at designated Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) as specified in the solicitation.
