Interview Room Recording System

Background
The 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) is conducting market research to identify potential contractors that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and authorization to provide and install the CaseCracker Onyx Interview Room Recording System (Brand Name or equal product).

The mission of the 7th Security Forces Squadron Office of Investigations is to investigate all crimes, offenses, and incidents falling within their jurisdiction both on and off the installation. The integration of interview room and mobile interview systems enhances capabilities to assist leadership teams in making informed decisions to maintain good order and discipline within their units. Interview recording systems are utilized by law enforcement agencies at various levels, including military organizations, as a means to ensure accountability during interviews.

Work Details
The contract involves providing an Interview Room Recording System which includes:
- CaseCracker Onyx Lite Standard for 2 rooms which consists of:
- (1) Server with 2TB storage
- (2) Room controllers
- (1) Power supply
- (2) Microphones (1 per room)
- (2) PIR cameras for full room coverage (1 per room)
- (1) 5-port ethernet switch
- Dedicated PC setup for Onyx Control Monitoring Workstation with a 3-year hardware warranty
- Additional camera for booking room
- Flagging capabilities for each room
- Interview In Progress Kit for each room
- Mobile Interview Recording System which includes:
- HD Mobile Interview Recording System
- Dedicated laptop setup for Onyx Control Monitoring Workstation with a 3-year hardware warranty.
- All installations and training are included.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is set until May 13, 2025.
