Interrogation Booth Upgrade

National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office of Georgia (USPFO for GA), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Burglar Alarm Products Inc (BAP Security), 545 Pinkerton Street, Macon, GA 31204-3525 to upgrade the custom design and existing system and proprietary software to the existing IT Infrastructure. This is a proprietary software is currently being operated at the Georgia Army National Guard.

This sole source requirement meets the condition on FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1 )(i).302-1 only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the service that will satisfy the Department of Army on going requirements. BAP Security is the only company that can meet the DoD requirement.

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423610 and the Small Business size standard in number of employees is 200 based on the U.S. Small Business Administration. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may contact the USPFO for Georgia via e-mail at nacoe.t.dudley.civ@mail.mil and be considered by the government. Any responses/proposals to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 A.M., 18 September 2021, Eastern Standard Time. Any firm responding to this notice should identify themselves as either small business, or other than small business, in accordance with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423610. If no responses are received, a Sole Source contract will be pursued with BAP Securities.
