Description

The U.S. Embassy in Asmara, Eritrea would like to invite your company to submit a quotation for dedicated commerical statellite servies fromt he ISP to the demarcation of the Chancery of the United States Embassy Asmara, as per the attached solicitaiton documents.

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Asmara, Eritrea is seeking dedicated commercial satellite services from the ISP to the demarcation of the Chancery of the United States Embassy Asmara. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award with four option years.

Work Details
The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to obtain internet services via C-BAND VSAT satellite for the U.S. Embassy in Asmara, Eritrea. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) must provide internet services for connecting U.S. Embassy, Asmara, Eritrea, and remote U.S. Embassy locations data links. The required services include internet services for the U.S. Embassy Compound with 50 Mbps and an option to upgrade to 100Mbps, C-BAND VSAT Satellite Link for Internet Service at Chancery and American Center locations.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, with four option years following.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the U.S. Embassy in Asmara, Eritrea compound Telecommunications Service Entrance Facilities (TSEF) Room and at specific locations including Chancery, American Center, and Key Residences.
