Background
The solicitation is for an internet service provider to provide internet services to Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL). NMCCL has purchased 3 300-megabyte download/7-20-megabyte upload modems for service, with 23 static IP configured into a gigabyte load balance broadband router giving us 900-megabyte download/21-60-megabyte upload capability.

Work Details
The contract includes providing internet services to NMCCL, ensuring that the service meets or exceeds the current capability. The constraint will be that the load balance has a maximum of 3 interfaces, so no more than 3 modems/interfaces can be supported. NMCCL must have at least 900-1000mb download and 21-60mb or greater upload with 23 static IPs. This service will be installed in our data center room C138, building 100 of NMCCL. Power is available. Single and multi-mode fiber is available. Software and/or hardware must be an approved product by the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and authorized to be used on the DHA network.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from April 26, 2023, to April 25, 2024, with options for renewal up to April 25, 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL) in North Carolina.
